Dear Prospective Vendor,The Treasure Cost Pilot Club cordially invites you to submit an application to the
Twenty-first
Annual Autumn in the Park, an arts and crafts festival. The show is being held October
4th from 9
AM to 5 PM and October 5th from 9 AM to 4 PM in Vero Beach, Florida.The Treasure Coast Pilot Club is a service organization which uses the proceeds from
Autumn in the Park to further
their community service endeavors. For example, the club
annually sponsors scholarships to deserving graduates,
actively supports organizations involved with
brain-related disorders and assists the elderly and the
homeless. Our signature project currently is
Project Lifesaver - a program that provides tracking
devices for the young to the young at heart who are
afflicted with brain related disorders such as Autism or
Alzheimer's. If you choose to take part in this year's show, you will have the pleasure
of knowing that you, too, have contributed to the betterment of our community!The number of food vendors for the 2008 show will be limited. Selections will be based on prior years' participation and the date upon
which the application is received. Applications must be accompanied by a check in the amount of $250.00 to be considered for this year's show. Your check will only be cashed if you are
accepted. Please have your application
in no later than September 10, 2008.Should the show be cancelled due to inclement weather, as
deemed necessary by Vero Beach city officials, entry fee will be refunded minus a $25.00 processing fee. I look forward to hearing from you. We know you will be pleased with
Autumn in the Park and will enjoy being a part of an event that benefits so many members of our community.Carefully read
